Depending on the value of your new home, you will receive a credit up to $4,000. The credit can be applied toward any cost associated with the purchase of your home: upgrades, closing costs, appraisals, price reduction, etc. Your loan officer will be able to tell you exactly to what your credit can be applied.

Credit Levels:

• $500 for a home priced under $100,000
• $1,000 for a home priced between $100,000 - $199,999
• $1,500 for a home priced between $200,000 - $249,999
• $2,000 for a home priced between $250,000 - $399,999
• $3,000 for a home priced between $400,000 - $499,999
• $4,000 for a home priced at or above $500,000
