With BeConnected—your resident portal— you can conveniently access online most of the services that used to require a trip to the leasing office. BeConnected you can do all this online: pay your rent with XpressRent, submit and track Maintenance Requests, read messages on the community Bulletin Board, view your account, fees, lease terms, etc., and communicate with the staff. Redecorating? You can post an ad for old coffee table in the Yard Sale. Accessing BeConnected is easy. The log-in is located on the left side of your community Web home page. New residents are signed up before they move in. If you’re already a resident, you can drop by the leasing office (for the last time) and they’ll help you create your own account.
